How to Place an Order for Promotional Products with Us?

If you are interested in any of Star Lapel Pin's products and wish to purchase it, please follow our instructions on how to place an order.
1. Enquiry
Star Lapel Pin manufactures custom products, and given that each design is unique, so we will need your designs with size / shape / quantity / color stated clearly and a photo as reference before providing a quotation.
2. Quotation
Even though we quote based on your design, the initial quote is a rough estimate, our factory needs to make artwork in order to confirm quotation details and check if we can manufacture according to your design.
Our quote is subject to change upon the final artwork confirmation, so if you are interested in our quote, please send us a clearer file of your design (vector format preferred), and we will ask our factory to make an artwork for your approval.
3. Artwork
Please note that we will need your designs in vector format in order to make artworks. We accept formats such as AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, BMP, CDR, JPG, PNG as well as PDF and they should be at least 300 dpi or higher. The most preferred format is Illustrator or EPS vector artwork and all fonts converted to outlines / curves. We highly recommend the use of PMS matching system colors in your art in order to reproduce the colors you require. Please provide the acceptable format to us. It would be convenient for communication.
4. Payment
Star Lapel Pin accepts the below three payment methods, all before production.
● Wire transfer. And different bank will have different handling fee, so please check this with your local bank.
● PayPal. There will be a 10% PayPal handling fee.
● Credit cards. So if you want to pay by credit cards, there will be a 3% credit card handling fee, and written signatures are required).
We only accept wire transfer for order amount above US$ 1,000.00.
5. Photo of Sample
There are three production situations.
For those who are concerned about quality, we can sample before mass production, and you can choose to approve by pictures or physical samples.
● Picture approval before production.
● Physical sample approval before production.
● Mass production.
6. Production
If sample approval is not required, we can go with mass production directly.
7. Delivery
Star Lapel Pin will advise you of the expected delivery after artwork confirmation.
Star Lapel Pin's delivery means shipment day, not product in hand day, that's because sometimes packages get stuck at customs, which cannot be controlled by us, but normally you will receive the goods in 1 or 2 days.
