Backing Options for Custom Rubber Labels

When it comes to custom rubber labels and patches, there are four primary backing options available: plain backings (ideal for sewing), hook and loop backings (commonly known as Velcro), 3M adhesive backings and Iron-on backings. Among these, many clients prefer sewn-on rubber labels due to their flexibility and secure application, ensuring the labels remain firmly attached to the fabric. For those interested in iron-on backing, the process may appear a bit complex, but it is as straightforward as applying an embroidered patch. To apply an iron-on rubber label, simply follow these steps: first, position the PVC rubber patch at your desired location. Next, set your iron to a temperature of 150℃ (302℉) and press the iron firmly against the backside of the fabric for about 25 seconds. This will securely bond the label to the material, providing a clean and lasting finish.

Case Study: Custom 3D PVC Tags for Sportswear Brands
